Risk Refined is a growth-orientated company based in Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta, capable of servicing all of Canada.We provide experienced safety professionals who specialize in HSE program development and incident investigation Root Cause Analysis.

What we do

We work with clients as a consulting lead investigator and / or facilitator for incident investigations with expertise in Root Cause Analysis.
In addition, we provide a range of Health and Safety services that include, but are not limited to:

- Implementation and Review of Safety Management Systems.
- Certificate of Recognition (COR) Audits - Energy Safety Canada
- Writing company specific, risk focused Safety Policies, Practices, and Procedures.
- Conducting site / process specific Risk Assessments.
- Being your ‘Competent Person’ with regards to Health and Safety (Safety Advisor Service).
